Our history begins in 1904. At the time we were pioneers in welding with coated electrodes. Since 1947 we have granted a license for Metalock, the patented method of repairing cracked cast iron. Since then we have become acknowledged leading specialist in cold repairs to castings, on - site machining, welding precision machining in a workshop environment, alignment (laser and optical) and pump refurbishment.

The Metalock process is accepted as the best method of repairing of cracked, broken, damaged castings in iron, steel and aluminum. The advantage of this process is that no heat stresses are introduced, no distortion occurs and in many instances - machining is unnecessary, avoiding the replacement of expensive castings. Besides it is very quick and cheap method. Even the most complicated cracks can be repaired within short breakdown break.
